The delivery calendar is usuallylong, and although Bordal can not guarantee punctuality, all orders are delivered, at the latest, within 30 days after the order confirmation date. Once the order is sent, the client receives a notification via email or telephone contact with the expected delivery date.

Bordal advises that you must check the delivery within a reasonable time after receipt. In the case of not receiving any notice of rejection of the products within 30 days after delivery, Bordal consider that the customer accepted delivery. This does not affect your right to return or exchange any order as defined in Section 6 below.
2. DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery charges are applied to each order. The exact expenses for each delivery depend on the country of destination. There will be no orders sent to areas that require the payment of customs duties.
You will be informed of the amount of the expenses of delivery by email, sent by Bordal , with the confirmation of the value and production deadline ( as if it’s the case ) and the delivery of the order.
