1. PRICE AND PAYMENT

1.1. Prices and currency
The prices and offers presented on the website include the value-added tax ( " VAT " ) and are valid only for orders placed online through the website . These prices and offers may not coincide with those available in other Bordal stores.
 
The prices are indicated in euros . If the Customer change the delivery country while browsing the website , prices will from that moment be in a different currency.
Bordal informs that changing the delivery country may have an impact on the price due to the exchange rate or the prices specific for that country.

1.2. Payment method
To pay for the order , you may use the following payment methods :

Bank transfer, ATM or PayPal .

The charge will be made after order confirmation via a pre payment in full or partial initial payment. Once the order is ready to send, this will only be shipped after the confirmation of the remaining payment (in case of completion of the initial partial prepayment).

1.3. Price changes
The prices on the website are subject to change. Bordal reserves the right to change prices without noticing. However, once you receive confirmation of receipt of an order by Bordal, the price to pay in respect of that order will not be changed. Bordal informs that despite careful updates made on the website, the prices indicated may contain errors. Any prices shown in error will be corrected as soon as possible and will not be binding on Bordal.

1.4. Value-added tax
To comply with current regulations of distance selling VAT, it will be assumed that deliveries take place in the Member State indicated in the delivery address.
So, any purchase made on the website will be subject to VAT. VAT will be charged at the statutory rate in force in the Member State where a specific order merchandise to be delivered.
Customers residing in territories without applying VAT: according to the VAT policy Bordal will be to charge VAT to customers in these areas to make purchases on the website when making an order.
